- The room we were finally given was beautiful.
- Fantastic staff and location. Hotel atmosphere (office) was lovely and the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Very easy to check in, get parking, and very accommodating.

Cons -
- Front desk service wasn't great. The hotel is poorly managed. Our room was very hot. The water pressure in the shower was basically a drizzle. They overbooked the hotel and our friends staying with us had to be moved to a different location.
- Not the cleanest room. Thermostat was iffy.
- the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was extremely rude and unhelpful
