Floor was sticky, whole room was slanted, bathroom doors were slatted so there was zero bathroom privacy for sound

The two crazy staircases. Not great for tipsy people - they are super precarious. The door does not fit the frame so light streams in all night, omg the shower - I'm 5'3" and it was nearly impossible for me to shower properly- the shower head blasted water directly in my face. They digital key is cool but if your phone dies it's a hassle or I found myself stressing about while out trying to have fun.

It is a great location but in a very quiet area. The rooms are very clean and a nice size. We felt very secure and safe there!

The staff are exceptional. The location is convenient to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The atmosphere made us feel we were definitely in the French Quarter rather than a hotel with no personality. We did have an issue with the air conditioner in our initial room, but the staff member on duty wasaccommodating and moved us to another room. Sadly, the TV didn’t work in the second room. Again, the staff member on duty went above and beyond to get it fixed. Even with the glitches, we really liked this place. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is amazing. Between the French quarter and the Music scene in Frenchmen street. Close it all, but not too close. The rooms were clean and convenient.

The room's noise insulation is not great. We where on the ground floor and could hear the guests in the room above us walking around. Lucky for us they woke up later than us. I guess that if you take rooms on the 2nd floor you wont have this problem.

Rooms were clean. Close to Bourbon Street, but not too close.

Narrow steep stairs to the upper rooms. Very hard on an older body. Should be made clear in the booking process that it’s not friendly for people with difficulty climbing.

Location is very nice. You are in the middle of everything but it is very quiet. Room was clean and generally corresponding to pictures.

Room is very small and uncomfortable. You don't know were to put your luggage and your clothes. Staff was not friendly at all.
