Curtains had holes in them, curtain rod was broken had to zip tie it to the ceiling to block the window,

$50 security deposit, trash on the property, no cable tv, dirty carpet, cigarette burns on the bedspread

The rooms, there weren't any cable and the room stinks.

The location

The room was dirty, the electrical outlets did not work, the tv did not work nor did the internet . They did change my room. That room was dirty but the internet worked. I checked out early

it was where it showed it was close to the interstate

there was no cable, there was no hot water, and there was nats flying around for some reason once you turned on the shower. it also had a not so clean smell. wouldnt recomend to anyone.

It had hot water and bed was clean

The floor felt nasty kept my socks on, no cable, rust on the walls and to expensive for such a run down hotel

Location

They did not have TV working. The room was dirty - saw 2 bugs in the room. The room was not painted after drywall patches. This was like the hotels I stay in when I travel in Central and Western Africa.

Roaches in room breakfast was nasty not a lot of options beds uncomfortable and heater in room did not work just horrible

Price n location

First room they put me in, Television didn't work. Second room, bed sheets had cigarette burnt holes in it. Breakfast food was cold.

Bed was comfortable

Cable was just not good, could use some upgrading as far as furniture

The breakfast was awesome in the older worker that does the breakfast is so sweet and so nice!

That younger girl that works the breakfast she was rude and just sitting there I didn't like that at all she has bad customer service

Yes. Room option selected (jetted tub) was not available. They did not have any rooms with the feature I paid for.

It did not smell good. It didn¿t look clean. Needs to be remodeled.

The only thing nice about it was the bed was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing, but I felt sorry for them.

The next person the comes to this place needs to be on a bulldozer. The carpet in the room was NASTY. By the time you take a shower and walk to the bed, your feet looked like you had been walking in a dirty parking lot. Patched hole in walls rusty dirt

Location was good but that's all I can say about it

The room was filthy. Everything was old. No outlets available in the main area for any electronic devices. No ice machine available.

It was close to my relatives

My room was advertised as a quadruple room or double room witch I paid for a higher price. I get to the counter and the receptionist said there are no rooms like that at this hotel. So I got a room with 2 queen beds when it was advertised it sleep 4.

Our room did not have warm water or hot water either day. Several rooms on the first floor had the blinds open and piles of trash, furniture, torn wall paper and turned my stomach to look in at that. Very out dated and old.

One of those trashed out rooms were 3-4 doors down.

Price met expectations

Room was recently renovated but toilet leaked and flooded bathroom floor. Bathroom door did not close. Room door lock was difficult to use. Dark hallways scared my kids. Outside hallways/stair landings smelled of urine. Breakfast was marginal at best.

Died insects and ants in room. Rusted running boards. Ice machines not working.
