Location breakfast is decent probably the nicest hotel in town

Pretty dirty needs updating.carpets nasty,water stains on ceiling, elevator is super slow,

Staff were very friendly

We asked for cleaned towels but didn?t receive them. After our second night we asked for our room to be cleaned and it was. They did a great job cleaning.

The location is very convenient.

There needed to be more members staffed at certain times to speed up service and they need to let guests know that their rooms aren't cleaned daily so they know to keep their towles and empty their own trash.

Bed was uncomfortable, room cleaning on request only, breakfast was bland,and staff not to friendly. I'm a Senior and wanted 1st floor or room near elevator for less walking, not available.

Bathroom was not very clean, shower door kept coming off the track, breakfast didn¿t stay replenished and waited a long time for food.

Can¿t get the local station, because it set on the fire stick and no local programs

We where there for a family reunion. Nice big room and breakfast had a nice selection. The staff was very friendly.

Large suite with good interior design.

The bathroom was very dark. It seems like the hotel was saving money by using a 15-watt fluorescent bulb in the light fixture. It makes me wonder how the cleaning people could see to clean the room.

Helpful staff; she had a list of area restaurants. Friendliness of staff. Clean room, lobby, hallways, and breakfast area. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Bed was comfortable. Quiet room for sound sleep.

No. This hotel has it all!

The room was very large and nice. And it was nice and quiet.

The comforter/duvet cover did not look like it had been changed or laundered.

Jr. Suite offers more room and comfort. Hotel clean.

When we arrived we were not given the room we paid for, a Jr. Suite which we paid more money for in advance thru you. They said they were not obligated to give us any specific room we chose thru you. After we pushed to resolve they did give to us.

The friendliness of the staff at check in and housekeeping.

The Staff is Awesome and accommodating.

The shower caulking could have been better. It may not matter to most people but bathroom fixtures and caulking is important to me.

Felt like home from the time I hit the door. Staff was exceptionally professional and courteus.
