Found died roaches and water did not get hot

Location

I surely wish the photos I took of the bathroom could be uploaded. Tub was rusty, inside n outside on it, beer bottle top on the floor n walls, and ball of hair on the floor.

Location was good, cleanliness was ok but not great.

Literally never had even warm water. Called each day of my stay and still had no hot water at all. Cold shower every day.

People very nice. Love the good quality soap shampoo an water makes u shower heaven

The air conditioning could be better in the rooms. An for the price they are only hotel that doesn't have complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was quiet and the room haf a full kitchen

There was no breakfast besides something to purchase from their pantry and the $100 incidental hold is twice as much as most hotels I have stayed at including several in New Orleans

The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Room was extremely small. For 3 adults & 1 child, we received only 2 bath towels. Coffee pot contained an old moldy coffee packet. Pool was extremely small despite the panoramic picture. Very littered exterior. Side door lock broken. Cost was too high.

Room was dirty. Not enough towels. Bathroom floor soaked with water after every flush. Kitchenette needs update. Dusty floor boards. Rusty tub, door handles and toilet. AC IS busted and needs a new frame and separating from wall. SMH

Hotel was clean, beautiful and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The first room had a terrible smell in it then I went to the restroom there was a roach crawling on the wall. The second room was a little better but it was hot the A.C. barely blew.

The hotel overall was a good but they are in the middle of renovations and unfortunately I was on the floor with the work being done. But I understand the inconvenience of progress. However my parents room was on 3rd floor and was renovated and was great.

Nice property, well-kept and convenient

The deodorizer used in the room smelled awful, though we got accustomed to unless we left the room for more than a few minutes. Upon returning, we would be inundated by the deodorant smell ice more.

Location

We were assigned to a disabled room and everything was low. The shower Head was broken as well.

Bed/Staff/Coffee

Too Tightly booked. Didn't get the suite w/ separate room as booked with 2 beds. Overall nice. Nightly snacks would be nice. Had some one night but not next. Bedspread + 1 pillow were dirty. Elevator went out but quickly fixed.

Front desk clerks were extremely courteous and friendly when checking in and checking out! I still had a few presents to wrap on Christmas morning and She let me take her scissors and tape dispenser upstairs. She helped save Christmas lol!

The rooms could have been cleaner and out tub had a slow drain. I told the front desk when we checked out.

Everything! Staff very friendly and the room spacious and very comfy!

No! Was perfect!

I really liked the unexpected extras that this room had, especially in the kitchen. There was a full size refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Overall it was a very nice experience!

I have no complaints.

Cleanliness

Wanted king room, only allowed double

There was no ice machine in the hotel only the ice maker in the ice box that only made a few cubes all night.
