Desk agent away, wait necessary after 5 hrs on the road, we are in our 70s

It wasn?t clean, there wasn?t any shampoo or body wash in she shower, the air didn?t work and they never came and looked at it like they said they would.

Hilton based hotels are extremely consistent, no matter where you travel.

Everytime housekeeping came by we were in the room so they would not come back later in the day to refresh towels, change sheets or empty trash. We had to ask.

Clean, modern and usb ports.

There's only 2 hotels in Natchitoches that takes pets. We chose this one. The pet fee was not that expensive at all. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was hot, had many choices, and tasted good. Rooms are clean and has comfortable beds.

Clean, good location and staff was nice.

Price was rediculously high. We stayed 1 night and moved to a much nicer hotel for almost half the price.

When it was time to leave.

The breakfast was substandard, so we went to IHOP. When we arrived, the front desk was unattended and it took 10 minutes before a desk person finally walked up. The hotel was under renovation and the hallway carpet was littered with carpet cuttings, dirt

Clean and good location.

TV remote did not work. Almost zero water pressure. Coffee maker was not plugged in and I had to search under the desk for the cord.

The location is great. The staff were responsive and polite. The room exceeded my expectations.

Our room was ready when we arrived. The staff was very polite and nice. Our room and overall hotel is very clean. Our breakfast had a good selection. We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and if we visit again we will stay here. Thank you

What I liked the most about this hotel was the cleanliness and how friendly and helpful the staff was, the easy access from the parking lot and the accommodations the hotel offers.

Hotel/ premises run down. Elevator did not work. Did not clean when we requested. Internet very poor. Pool was closed. Entry road in terrible shape.

We were evacuating from hurricane laura. Hotel lost power and we had to leave a day early.

Lost power. Had booked 3 nights only stayed 2.

The employees were very nice. Great breakfast and super comfortable bedding.

I booked as a ‘pay later’ but my credit card was billed for the entire amount the week prior to my visit. The pool was filthy.

My want ready when I arrived which was after 3, so I waited for about 15 minutes and they gave me another room and when I went in it hadn't been cleaned sheets and comforter on the floor. So went back and told them and had to wait another 30 or so minut

Extremely efficient and friendly staff!

Carpet frayed and soiled in room, woodwork had a lot of marks and dings. Overall an old hotel.

Easy to get to from I-49 but a bit far from town center. Good breakfast.
