- Cleanliness , bed , lack of upkeep
- Room 216: large stain on comforter, hard lumpy pillows, broken switch on very rusty bedside lamp, no phone, clock, bible, desk lamp. Overall room lighting very poor. TV was hit and miss. Coffee maker broken. Exercise center out of order.
- 1st impression of building-- big La Quinta sign laying on the ground, (fell off of building) 1st room-- t.v. would not work, floor was filthy. 2nd room---air conditioning was erratic, remote could change t.v. channel but no other function
