- Noise level of other guests - and rooms could hear noise from floor above
- The hotel charged me for damages that was not our fault never notified me of the so called damages and when I tried to talk to the manager about this issue she was very rude and would not help at all. Worst experience I have ever had
- Leaking toilet, broken door lock, bugs! And 4 of the 5 pieces of gym equipment were not working
