Close to base

Birds have built mud nests above where you enter, mud and bird poop all over the place. Does not appear place has maintenance.

Ac didn?t get cold, thermostat on wall didn?t work had to change temp on the unit. Shower water was warm at best. Hotel had a smell of mold.

Renovating for 4 months and still not serving breakfast it should be listed online. Elevator did not work. Hotel has roaches. The rooms smelled of mold.

Customer service was excellent!

It was quiet, and not a lot of noise going on

No breakfast, and the smell of the place was bad; bird nest completely surrounded the entrance area...

Pool filthy /broken furniture. Many birds nesting at entrance way so nasty with bird dropping! No free breakfast due to construction and received no notification it was under repair! Housekeeping staff arguing among themselves and use of vulgar language!

we pay for a full hotel price with Continental breakfast price, but there is no breakfast and haven¿t for months

The 3 levels of curtains in the room were falling off the rods & were covered in paint. It was so sloppy looking. We had to stand on a chair to try to rehang the curtains. The AC unit was sitting on wood blocks. No breakfast !!

the staff was nice and friendly

the hotel had no breakfast even though they advertised they do. the hotel washers and dry are poor. the outside area isn¿t clean. the foundation is built poorly. the price is way to high.

There was mold on the curtain..the bathtub was broken. They didn't service any breakfast

Location

Strong sewage odor in hallway. Too pet friendly as dog in room across the hall from me was barking. The dog woke me up an hour or so after I had gone to sleep. I called the front desk about the continuous barking and was told..."We are Pet Friendly"!

Well the web site said breakfast and pool and they did not have either but my price stayed the same ..would not have picked this hotel if I had known at the time of making reservations. They need to change website.

This hotel is under renovation BUT the staff is excellent and the Manager assisted my traveling family in our time of bereavement as most of us came from other states. Thank you  your staff in helping make us feel welcome in your hotel.

The hotel is under renovation..however I cannot express anything bad because the nanager & staff hoes out of their way to assist their guest.

Front desk clerk tried to be helpful. Bed was very soft.

No breakfast as advertised! No handicapped room as confirmed!

The staff were friendly, the free coffee was tasty, the room was huge and great! Plus the location was right next to the base entrance.

We found two roaches in our room on different days. The room could use some maintenance for cracks in the dry wall and whatnot. Breakfast was not provided. The pool hours were not clear, and the sign for the pool leads to a locked gate.

I could not stay at this hotel. Yellow tape roped off at entrance with roll off dumpster full of sheetrock being taken out of building . Entrance to building blocked off . Siding falling off building.did not stay at la quinta.Stayed at holiday inn express

centrally located close to all the places I needed to go.

unfortunately, my stay coincided with the remodeling of the reception desk area. I do understand the need for renovations, but the construction caused dust to settle everywhere in the hotel. Just hope the work is completed soon.
