Hotel employee was exceptional. She is very patient and helped us with what we needed. Motel is very clean with no odor. Very few amenities, but all are available at the front desk.
Bed mattress in our room vas a little too soft.
Room was clean, spacious, and affordable. The location was great-close to McNeese, good restaurants and the big casinos.
The walls are a little thin-we could hear screaming children in the next room. Not a big deal considering the value.
Bed bugs I found one on the sheets crawling and others on the floor. I left one I killed on top of sheet so that cleaning would see it.
No I did not like bed bugs especially if they climbed from bed and floor to my luggage.

Close to the things I needed to take care of and they worked with me to stay longer due to the weather
Great location and secure all around with a fence.
No complimentary breakfast or area to sit at and socialize. Felt like it’s only a place to sleep and get out. No pool or exercise room. Good price tho for overnight that’s all.

The elevator was out of order and the water pressure in the shower was low
