- The bed was absolutely the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. The smoke alarm was uninstalled and hanging from the ceiling. Overall the hotel rooms need updating. Staff was great in person, but rude over the phone.
- Slow elevator. Garbage was overflowing the receptacles.

The breakfast was alright. Location was great.
