Days Inn by Wyndham Kenner/New Orleans Airport South

There was a strong musty smell in my room that accompanied a sign letting me know that if I smoked, I'd be charged $150.. I would've rather smelled smoke!! The linens, towels and rags were all very old and turning yellow from being reused over and over.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

No hot water. (After letting the "hot" water run for a very long time like the staff member suggested, the water got almost luke warm.) The floor was damp in the morning due to condensation.

It was a nice hotel in a good location.

The room was not very clean, the shower was dirty and I had to clean it, the floor left black dirt on my socks, and we were there for four days and never had our room cleaned, no turn down service , and one set of towels for four days.

The room was very big. Plenty of towels and extra blankets in the room. Safe area.

Nothing. It was closed for construction and customer service was off no help.

It was not open.

Close to area I was interested in.

No microwave in room, refrigerator was not stay cold.

Would it be the slimy bath tub or no shower curtain or falling light fixture? The fact the front desk person said there were no 1st floor rooms available yet the whole 4 days I was there at least 10 1st floor rooms WERE EMPTY.

The blonde/light haired girl at the front desk was rude and clearly didn't want to do her job. She made everyone wait to check in at 3 giving a lame excuse and then it was obvious she was getting off at 3 and didn't stick around to help check anyone in

Absolutely nothing. The bathroom had used soap there was dead bugs on the air conditioner. The entire hotel needs to be demolished in my opinion and when I went to tell them at the front desk that the room was horrible he didn't say a word.

This is the worst hotel and it was so bad that I didn't stay. The room was old, nasty, smelled like dogs, and I was afraid to sit on the chairs inside the room and the beds were horrible. It was sank in on both beds and the covers were very nasty.

The only positive about this hotel was the location. It was very conveniently located for rental car return and getting to the airport.

The hotel is rated as a 2.5 star, it is a 1 star or less. The room was very raggedy and crappy. The lamps and towel racks were very rusty. The furniture was horrible. There was a lot of people moving about in the wee hours being noisy.

NOTHING AT ALL

Was locked out of my room for about 2 hours because the locks battery¿s were dead. They switched rooms that they claimed were top notch but was the same way as the last room. They also kept my $50 deposit. I would never book here again or refer anyone

Proximity to airport

It was gross. The first time we stayed there were 2 beds but only 2 pillows. One of the pillows was covered in mold. We ended up using our beach towels. The beds felt like they were 50 years old. The next time we stayed was a bit better but the carpet .

It had a roof and a place to sleep.

It smelled musty, the water in the shower didn¿t drain, stains on the sheets, visible mold, ac unit not installed correctly (you could see light coming in around the edges), pillows were regular pillows cut in half, only came with 3 half pillows.

Location

Carpet was wet, couldn¿t take off my shoes. Garbage was everywhere outside.

The only thing I liked about this hotel is the fact that there was a room available with a clean bed at the last minute.

What I didn't like was the fact that the room looked like it belongs in a horror movie and waking up the next morning only to discover that I was given the only room with no hot water. Housekeeping took the bedding and didn't replace any of it. 0 stars

This hotel had mold growing in both rooms they moved me to. They both were the worst hotel rooms I have ever been to. I didn't stay and they would not refund my money to me. It looked like the rooms had been rained inside and left to decay.

Location and the only staff juggling chaos

First room was not made up but appeared clean now for room number2 lights were on stuff was preventing access to door way knocked and cautiously opened door room was covered in debris and trash from previous tenant now back to desk and onto room number 3

Nothing they need to rebuild the whole building

It is close to the airport as promised.

The check-in office was almost impossible to find-poor lighting and signage. The Pool looks beautiful, but for no reason was locked. Staff were unresponsive. Beds were very small. We had 3 pillows for 2 beds. Breakfast was minimal!!!

You should not have to do maintenance to the toilet after you check into your room and you should have towels and not have to go to the front desk and get any the grounds needs to be swept everyday and not every couple days that's what it looks like

Nothing.Didnt have hot water, furniture was rusty(lamp&rack where towels hang), smoke detector was ripped off of wall, not to mention the towels had stains on them and hair on the.Overall I wouldn¿t dare spend another night at this place, just disgusting
