We were given an accessible room which is fine and is super open but the shower is built for a wheelchair to be able to go in a guess and so when we took a shower water just went all out of the shower and a fan would have been nice for the steam to escape

The bathroom vent fan was not working. I make hotel aware but they did not take any action.

Great shuttle service. Very clean room. Helpful front desk staff. Quiet room to be so near the airport.

The breakfast was great, pool was nice, the room was perfect for what we needed. Staff was great.

The doors are really loud. It was hard to be quiet when baby was sleeping, but we managed.

Quick check in and extremely friendly staff. The location made it very easy to drive to the airport in literally 5 minutes. There was no street noise. The welcome pack of water and a snack was a nice touch and very appreciated.

The staff was not friendly. The front desk got mad and would not give me a receipt when I asked for one. The maid was wanting to clean the room before check out time.

Staff was very friendly and service oriented. This hotel is spotless. The room was spotless, large, and more than expected. Breakfast was great. Baggage carts readily available at the front entrance. Elevator came quickly. Beds comfortable.

No wine bottle opener in room; checked with front desk and their wine bottle opener had not been returned by last customer. To get a 10, buy a few more wine bottle openers to have on hand. Can occasionally hear airplanes taking off.

Room accommodations were great. Clean and spacious.

The bed and pillows were way too soft so the quality of sleep was terrible. Also the bed linens are of cheap quality.

They did not inform me about the additional $25/night hotel service fee until i checked in. I had to get my own towels and toilet paper because, housekeeping was only available upon request. There were not enough parking spaces for all the guest.

Clean, spacious room with well stocked kitchenette. Nice bathroom with great lighting and shower. Very comfortable beds. Appreciated breakfast and shuttle to airport.

The cleaning solution used smelled too strong for me.

We were fine up until a day after where the hotel charged my card an additional 200 dollars, and it wasn¿t the card we had paid for the room with, and we weren¿t notified they had done it we physically had to reach out because my bank had notified me

Ther was no record of my reservation at the hotel or anywhere else on a Hilton property. After two hours of searching we finally found availability ten miles away from our reservation location. I think you I'm due a refund. Richard Henry 8283846475
