Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful.

My air conditioner changed to heater on its own once and then stopped cooling the last morning. There also was a loud mechanical noise for a long time one night.

Great location. Great rate and customer service.

The staff was very nice and the location convenient.

The bathtub had not been thoroughly cleaned. The edge of the tub still had hair. I also do not like the duvet setup. To me, the corner only duvet covers do not adequately cover to provide proper sanitary sleeping conditions.

being remodeled. Should have be told before booking. Room had a smell of chemicals, glues and burned my nose, trouble sleeping. In morning, eating area was not good. Plastic covered the carpet, tables crowded together, dust on serving tables, construction

Pool was green ,tv did not work in morning at all a/c made loud humming when compressor kicked on

Staff could not find my reservation on arrival. Had to stand around for at least 20 minutes while they discussed whether or not to honor it. They told me they did not like to rent through third-party people.

Other than the issues noted, the hotel was clean and convenient, and the staff was nice. I was able to get a portable shower chair by asking for one.

Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible, but all it had was grab bars in the bathtub and a light-generating doorbell. The toilet was low, and no a grab bars were near the toilet. The shower did not have a seat or a handheld sprayer.

The WIFI was not working while I was there, and for others. This forced me to go to my car to conduct business

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was also quiet.

No complaints. I was so happy to stay there after having stayed at other facilities on our trip.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had great service for extra items we needed . The breakfast was delicious and plentiful both days that we stayed with a great variety! The beds were very comfortable !We have been here before and will return!

the bed was inclined with the foot of the bed being higher than the head of the bed. Had to flip everything around Not a fan of throwing a $20 hold on my credit card

The courteousness and helpfulness of the staff was most refreshing. The complementary breakfast was more plentiful than expected. The accessibility to the restaurants and stores in town was really a plus also.

Nothing about the hotel was to dislike. Even the other guests of the hotel were pleased with their stay because they were pleasant in greeting and talking with you.

Hotel employee who checked me in was a delight!! Very informative and took my trolley for me when I came down to return it.

I have always loved the Hampton inn. However my biggest beef was my room. The bathroom wasn¿t that clean. I found long hair strands on the counter. The soap dish in the shower was dirty.

It was quiet and located near the highway. Food was great for breakfast too.
