- The breakfast was very good
- The staff were very attentive
- Like the hotel, the breakfast could have been better.
Cons -
- The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work. We reported it, but yhey did nit fix it. Light out in lamp and in frig. There wasn't any coffee at breakfast. We asked and nothing was done. There were locals in the pool and on the basketball court.
- My original assigned room was dirty. The safety latch on the door was missing. The linens in the bathroom were soiled. The telephone was missing the cord so I could not call the front desk, I had to walk down. This was room 216
- The huge cockroach in the ceiling in the bathroom and the one in the sitting area.
