- There was no A/C in the hall. The breaker was tripped for my room when I arrived. They charged a $50 fee for incidentals that was not refunded. They stole the clothes I accidentally left in my room. They don?t care if something is wrong.

Staff was amazing. Very convenient. Next to a gas station and plenty of food places.

The toilet was backed up and we had two small children. We called a night and in the morning and we were told there were no rooms available. When we spoke to the manager they stated we DENIED an alternative room. Which was a lie. We had two small children

Staff kept knocking on the repeatedly after being asked to stop. This happened 6 times b4 2 hour's b4 check out
As always - the mattress here make me sad about the one I own at home. I loved my sleep at this Sleep Inn!
For a newer hotel, I thought some of the corners of the shower should have been cleaner. Why not pay super great attention to the little details so your new hotel, remains looking like one.

Install boot scrapers outside for cleaner lobby and elevators
For such a nice new facility, the floors and elevators had debris tracked in from workmen boots
Everything is amazing. This is a new facility, has been opened just a few months and still has that new fresh scent. The new beds are extremely comfortable, and the staff is over the top friendly and accommodating.
Not one thing was a negative.
