Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Covington/Mandeville

Good location close enough to the freeway but far enough to avoid the traffic noise.

I’ve stayed at this particular hotel several times over the past few years and it’s starting to show its age. I was given a room in the annex and the small, dark bathroom definitely needed an upgrade compared to other Marriotts.

Lovely appointed rooms. Well kept hotel. I?m very pleased when I get a room with a balcony or patio!

The light over the vanity mirrors at this hotel is much too dim. It?s difficult to put on makeup properly. Also, there was no exterior light at the exit door from the adjoining section where I stayed to the main/front parking lot. Not safe after dark.

Everything was so nice. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond

There was a misunderstanding with our breakfast and the communication could of been better. But we still loved the experience. The pool is way to cold!

This Marriott was very clean and beautifully appointed! I will definitely stay here again.

Had to jiggle the toilet handle to stop the fill after each flush. No big deal. Reported it to the desk clerk upon checkout. They were very apologetic.

The location cause it was close to restaurants and stores. Easy to get to where I was going.

They never cleaned my room and I was there 4 days and when I asked for washcloth they told me they were out so I had to buy some that was crazy.

We chose this hotel due to ratings & indoor hot tub. Hot tub was only a lil warm. Staff said she would ask maintenance man to do what he could. It got warmer while we were in it the 1st time, but it was back to a lil warm the 2nd time. We didn't go back:(

Clean, comfortable and a great restaurant a 5 minute walk.

That an empty hotel couldn't have a better rate while I was stuck from traveling from closed bridges. Had to travel off site for the workout room.

Location and quietness.

DATED. Some lights didn’t work.Faucet was backwards & we scalded ourselves.Toilet ran. My keycard expired well before checkout, & I got locked out of the South entry & had to hike all the way to the North entry. Not what I expect from a Marriott Ctyrd.

NOTHING. Holyday Inn Covington, Just in front is better and cheaper.

It smelled Marihuana... Check in was slow and terrible. They made an extra charge to my card. Guest Service doesnt work properly to answer or solve those problems.

It has a pretty garden and pool etc - not what a one-night traveler requires in the room.

A one-night stop. For the higher price than others , there were none of the things I usually find in other chain hotels : no breakfast, no microwave, no brochure in the room about the hotels amenities, electronic charging plugs on desk did not work.

Staff are very very nice and helping.

There was a fire in the kitchen on March 30, 2019 and we had to rush out and stay in cold for hours. Now they are denying that there was a fire.

Staff was great. Room was clean

Pool was dirty.

Staff was helpful and our second room was clean and quite.
