The pool

The beds are not as soft as I am used to and need. The rooms are quite small.

Breakfast was good. Room and decor was simple and nice, staff was nice.

Interstate noise was REALLY tough, $75 non-refundable pet fee is way too high, room smelled of mold and mildew, coffee maker was not functional, shower had a leak where it went into the wall

My wife was supposed to go with her daughter but my wife couldn't go. I messaged the hotel stating that her daughter will be travelling. When she arrived they didn't want to check her in and only grudgingly let her stay, although the room was prepaid

Room was nice. Breakfast was great!

Our heat was not working via the thermostat on the walll and the room was 60 degrees or so. The staff had to bypass the thermostat in order for the room to warm up.

NOTHING! The staff wasn¿t accommodating & our room wasn¿t ready after we had driven for hrs to enjoy fun & the nearby festivities. I won¿t recommend them to anyone & I won¿t book their again. They wouldn¿t allow us to cancel nor did they offer a disc

We arrived at hotel at 4:45 & our room hadn¿t been cleaned yet & we were told that we had to wait for the room to become available. I told the clerk that this was unacceptable, because check in time is at 3 pm & now we have to wait. I wont book again!

Comfortable bed, clean enough, cooked breakfast provided even when other hotels are complaining of covid as their excuse for not serving breakfast.

Pathetic breakfast offering..didn’t even have milk or cereals or waffles or breads..just a tiny omelet and sausage. Should not advertise full hot breakfast.

Toilet was broke it over flowed couldn't cut air conditioning off button broke the room was a mess

Everything was on time. There was no wait for anything.

Could have been more vending machines and they definitely need a laundromat or somewhere guests can wash clothes.

The location was good for what I needed. The staff was good.

It smelled moldy and had mold in the bathroom. There was extensive cracks in the molding around the tub and shower. The room had not been cleaned well. There were wrappers, hair, crumbs. And, the pillows were horrible.

We reserved a king room with a sofa bed and a roll away. We asked for blankets for the roll away and sofa bed and we were told they couldn't give us any so we had no pillows or blankets for those. I had to go to the local Walmart and purchase them.

Friendly efficient staff. I was able to check in quickly without any hassle.

Location is kinda confusing to find.

For the most part, a standard Hampton Inn, which is usually a wonderful experience.

Yes. I did not like the fact that I was charged an additional $50 on my credit card for "incidentals", and was not told this was going to happen. When I called the hotel they said they would hold the money for 3-5 days. Other Hamptons do not do this!

Didn?t get the room I paid for. Then the TV didn?t work

The breakfast wasn't as good as other Hampton inn's but sufficient

No free wifi

Beds were fairly comfortable.

Room had a funky odor.

Staff is friendly.

Did not appear as clean as some other Hampton Inns I have stayed in.
