Breakfast included and we really didn’t feel like we were being looked after just chilled relaxed made memories w our kids

Bathroom could be better Warped wallpaper kinda funky hallways were warm

Breakfast was not up to the same standard as other Hampton I have stayed at and there was no chair other than the desk chair to sit in when in the room. Not very relaxing

We were not greeted by the desk clerk when we arrived. She was helping Another customer but she didnt even look at us. When the manager came out, she started laughing and talking to the same customer as we stood there. We wont go back.

We only had to stay 1 night.

Among other things the water was brown and smelled awful. We couldn't shower. It left sandy residue in the bathroom tub and sink. The staff moved me to another room and it was the same dirty water. We left the hotel with no refund. Never again!!!!!!

Folks at check in were very friendly.. I arrived early and they got a room cleaned for me shortly after I arrived!

The elevator did not work for one day and I had to use the steps...was on the third floor and have a bad knee. Next day, only one elevator worked

None of the USB charge ports worked and none of the electrical outlets on the desk worked, only one electrical outlet on the night stand worked. The refrigerator was warm and we had food and drinks.The counter tops were greasy. Noisy.

The day/evening staff were very friendly and helpful. One member even offered to help me carry something when she saw I was struggling. The free breakfast was wonderful; the lady working there kept it so clean and always with a smile!

No; you have to do a little back-tracking when driving in/out of the property, but only a minor inconvenience.

Free Breakfast. Nice Lounge Area in lobby Rooms are up to date and very nice!

location was sort of bad as you can hear the highway traffic but overall it did not bother me! nice place

 the front desk clerk went above and beyond to get us taken care up after a mix up.

Location and ability for late checkout

The bed was not quite as amazing as other Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Might have just been older. Hampton beds are my favorite. And the pool was cloudy, but clean.

The hotel manager cited the reason for not having a Gideon's placed Bible in the room was that it was inconsistent with Hampton brand standards. Many if not most hotels have a Bible placed by the Gideons and this is a sign of caring for guests.

Night shift manager was very professional and helpful.

On day of check in I was put into a room with air broken and floors were wet. I was moved to a room in which the toilet was stopped and overflowing bodily waste. My husband is cancer patient and it was very unhealthy for him to be in that room. Refund

Clean and very nice girl at front desk!

Day two morning, my last day (only a two night stay) informed the front desk that the toiled would not flush. Returned from work still not fixed!!!!!!! It was a flapper valve, a simple fix and apparently did not have a maintenance person to repair this.

Nice, clean, and conveniently located.

It was close to my meeting.

Room smelled like mildew and mold. Shower head was loose and wouldn't adjust. Thermostat was hanging off the wall. I'd say at best it was a 2 star.

We had rain pouring into the room on 4th floor. We had to move 2 times before agreeing on a room. I certainly would like a discount for inconvenience. Thanks

Hampton personnel was professional...Breakfast was very tasty!

Bathroom floor was not that clean...used one of there white towels to wipe the floor down, towel turned black...sticky with dust bunnies.

The room was very clean and I found my stay to be relaxing and comfortable. Plus the walk in shower I felt was a great add on in the king room.

The construction outside made it extremely hard to enter and exit the hotel.
