Very quiet
Excellent location. Great breakfast options. The room is also a good size and set up well.
It was close to all the locations needed during this trip

Cons -

Not really
The room was filty (bathroom and shower in particular). Housekeeping didn't come in at all during the 4 nights stayed.
The elevator was out and was not notified until check in. Carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs is not fun. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet was wobbly. The staff were not very helpful and not up to typical Marriott standards.

The shower leaked badly. The room smelled like burnt plastic. The front desk seemed to not care.
