Comfort Inn

I did not like the bugs in my hotel room, the dirty floors, the WIFI was horrible, the pool is not open, and looks trashy. The area is ok but not the best. The tub had a hole at the bottom, and the vent in the bathroom was also about to fall to the ground

Location is what we wanted

The shower curtain was old and dirty and needs to be replaced but other than that it was perfect for what we needed

Breakfast was an orange and cookie. Bathroom could of been cleaner,especially shower. Men were in front of hotel sitting in their own chairs smoking,and stayed there into the night.

The room was nice and bed was awesome. Nice bathroom but could've been cleaner.

The location and limited access to enter was just under the 250 deposit required yet not advertised.

Room smelled of mold, visible mold in shower, and pillows were old/flat.

Everything was awesome from checking in to checking out the breakfast to die far . The staff act like you're family . The beds so comfortable. I would stay here again great location right off highway .

Staff was nice nd cordial.

Mold was in the shower ceiling and around the tub. I had a room with a King bed even thou it was 3 people in my party. I had to pay extra to get another room.

Breakfast was better than expected

Old and outdated for the cost - front desk staff not friendly or accomodating, just Blah if I could put it into words.

The beds were vet comfortable and the hotel smelled good. They must have had plug ins every where.

The toilet seemed to get stopped up easy

The drain in the tub didnt drain very well by the time u got done with a shower there was 3-4 inches of water standing in the tub

Hotel Staff excels in making their guest comfortable and welcome.

Not all the switches located in the bathroom, did not work. On our second night, my wife said the next morning that she was woke up by doors slamming and it sounding like a party on the eastern end of the second floor. Some guest are just inconsiderate.

The smell throughout the hotel was great very clean smelling .

The hot water was not very hot especially in the mornings.

front desk , housekeeping and even the guys doing repairs were helpful and kind.

I was charged extra to get double beds when clearly not booked solid by the # of cars and people at breakfast. We had to be there for the sudden death of my children's' father and the last minute flight and accommodations were expensive as it was.

Location

Door room security latch was broken. Toilet did not flush well. Hotel smelled bad. Breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30 on Sunday and was in area for breakfast at 9:15 and was told it was over. Will not stay here again!!!

Easy to get to from exit. Surrounding conveniences.

There were 2 roaches in the bathroom. It was 11:30 pm and staff had no bug spray & was busy doing personal business or away from desk. 3 days later still waiting on a call from manager.

The carpet had spots in it and there was a bad odor in bathroom .

Good service and clean room.

On ground floor the night light shined directly on my window. It made it look like daytime whenever I awoke. Could not see my car outside because the light blinded me when I tried.
