Cons -
- For a NON SMOKING hotel, upon entering the room it was filled with a heavy smoke smell. A key card from previous was left on the dresser and the drawers were all out. This place was gross. We spoke to the front desk asking why.. for another but sold out.
- Dirt on the bed spread, smoke detector removed from room, ice maker not working, the wifi did not work, and staff was absent a good portion of the time . My coworkers room, the TV did not work.
- Reception staff were dishonest and had no follow through on handing issues we had during our stay.
