It was in a convenient location for our softball tournament.

The cost was way too high for the service and lack of cleanliness.

I booked a double queen room with spa but once I checked in and get to room there's no spa tub... I contacted front desk and was told no spa tuns at this hotel.. .that's false advertising... all they did was knock off like 25 from room.... will not go ba

The staff were very kind and attentive. Our room was dingy and very dusty. The shower curtain had mold. The comforter smelled as though it had not been washed in a long while. The temp was hard to regulate and the air made thumping sounds.

We travel often and after unpacking I just didn¿t have the energy to request another room. I do wish I would have though.

The pictures are deceiving or they gave us the wrong room. We were supposed to get a deluxe room and it wasn¿t deluxe. The a/c wasn¿t cooling and the shower was broken. The front desk and breakfast employees were rude.

Staff was friendly. Rooms clean. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great.

Hotel employee at the front desk, was friendly and courteous, as well as knowledgeable.

The housekeeper let herself in past the do not disturb sign to start cleaning the room before we had checked out. The woman at the front desk when we checked out was rude and evasive.

My room was kept really clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet...no noise at night. The evening get-together provided good food and drink and the guests had a good time getting to know each other.

It was very busy with a young girls softball tournament and the teams kinda took over all available seating and were rowdy. The cleaning staff, front desk and breakfast lady deserve gold medals for their hard work. They kept everything clean .

We paid a little extra to stay in a better hotel. We didn't get ANYTHING like we were expecting! The room was disgusting! The carpet was worn and sticky! The shower was moldy! The AC wouldn't get below 73 degrees, so we sweated all night! The hallway was literally 90+ degrees! The furniture was worn. The microwave was nasty. The shower dripped all night! I could go on!! I reached out through email about our stay and got zero response!

Pleasant helpful staff. Clean accommodations. Food bar good except prepared food

Breakfast prepared food eggs often over cooked(had to cut away hard edges, maybe some bacon not just sausage. Hot food often barely warm.

The shampoo and conditioner were amazing! The pillows were 10/10. Really wish I could have taken it home with me.
