The toilet was dirty. Maid was next door upon my husband request she cleaned the toilet. Shower door dirty. The chair in the room was filthy. I refused to sit in chair. Couldn't hear TV when a/c was on. Dog hair are something was on ottoman

I can provide pictures. We were unable to switch hotels due to some event being held in town

I excepted for the price of this hotel that the rooms would had been cleaned. Yes the beds were made and the towels folded,however hair was everywhere and the room hadn't been actually cleaned in quite sometime. I was very disappointed.

Location and access to other City venues

Had some very loud and stumping people above my room. I was moved from 302 to 306 and yet there were people stumping and walking very strongly in the room above 306. It did stop after 10 but it picked up at the next morning. Some padding is needed

People were friendly . Hotel was average but for the price it was expected .

There was a issue with bring my pug and them expecting us to pay an extra 75 $ for him which I found absolutely outrageous! I can understand a deposit fee for damages but the actually fee for him to stay a night was unacceptable.

We stayed on the fourth floor. My husband was really impressed. I did tell the clerk at the front door that I preferred a room that no dog has been in.

I don't like staying in hotels where dogs have been there due to not knowing if the dogs slept in bed with owner.

Friendly staff

The facility was nice & clean. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The suite was very comfortable and spacious.

The only issue we had was the one remote for both this, and we had issues with getting the tv's to work properly. We had to call the staff 3 times.

The toilet did not work properly. The air condition was turning off all night and would not turn back on with waking up and doing it manually. A paint scraper was left on the toilet seat.

I needed a room with a kitchenette & I found this facility to be exactly what I needed. It was a very nice room with extremely friendly & accommodating staff.

There wasn’t trash pickup everyday & not a place to drop it off. Didn’t have ample towels for a three day stay considering housekeeping is every other day.

Spaciousness of the room, kitchen available, comfortable beds. The shower was nice, but I felt the soap, shampoo and conditioner were on the wrong wall. They were directly under the shower head. If you didn't want to get your hair wet, it was difficult to get to those. It would be better to have them on the opposite wall. Just my opinion. Otherwise, we were extremely happy with the room! Nice gas firepit at the front of the hotel that gave it a very homey feel.

Nice and clean

The price was extremely higher than usual. It was too much money and the electricity only worked on one side of the room. The front desk clerk came up m, fixed it and a few minutes after she left, the power went out again. Needless to say, we feel like we were overcharged and underserved.

Quality of the breakfast was poor. All processed food, lots of sugar. Apples were available, hard boiled eggs. Pool was too hot to swim in.
