Best Western Abbeville Inn & Suites

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

A place for my autistic son and me to nap on a cross country drive. However, my husband was also there for work, and I wanted to surprise him, even if it was only for 45 at 3:30 a.m.I was pleasantly surprised and l will absolutely stay at BW in the future

The lady at front desk was very rude you shouldn’t be talking to customers like that the location is in abbeville la all the other staff was very nice

Restrictions on TV volume. Had to call front desk every time I turned it off for them to turn it up as there was no sound at all. Had to he moved to another room as A/C was not working. No smoking room smelled like stale smoke.

plenty of parking spaces, ease of access to room, we were on the first level

breakfast items not much to choose from, i.e. no bagels and cream cheese, not much pastry choices

A/c was really loud. Picture showed a hot tub, but it was not used as one. More like overflow for the pool.

I travel to Abbeville for business purposes. The hotel is fine. The location is what I am interested in.

No...The hotel is clean, nerwer or rebuilt and I never have any issues.

The beds were comfy and the staff was very nice!!

The beds were a bit high for my short self!! Wish I would have brought a stool but I made do!!

Rooms were very nice

Breakfast was not served like advertised. So we had to spend more money eating out then we had originally planned. We did not find this out till we got to hotel. And they did not offer house keeping. We had to bring our towels down if we wanted cleaned.

It could go to a 3 star hotel. It was clean and pleasant stay. Their breakfast wasn’t bad and had a nice selection.

I felt like the clerk was trying TOO hard to make sure we were ok and happy. Felt a little fake and pushy.

Road noise was a little loud. Our room was first one right by the breakfast area so if you want a quiet sleep in morning stay further down

The staff at this hotel was very friendly. We also really enjoyed the free breakfast. Not all hotels with the free breakfast have food that actually tastes good. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good size, modern room

TV did not work, however the receptionist called maintenance & he replaced the cable box within an hour of reporting the problem

Elevator was out and I am disabled. I asked for a disability room and because I booked online I had to take that 2nd floor room. Being that it was late checking in, I had no choice

As I was checking in, the man behind the counter saw that I was on a motorcycle, and he took me outside and suggested that I park up under the covered area near the door, for protection from the rain and safety. I appreciated this gesture.
