Cleanliness, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Property is extremely out of date and very bare bones for the price paid.

Clean, good staff, near the place I intended to visit the next day. Staff was obliging.

The toilet did not always flush, the room did not maintain a consistent temperature, so I woke up hot or cold, the breakfast was all carbs (some fruit).

The staff was nice.

Run down, grimy, dirty, and falling apart. The walls were filthy. The toilet was clogged, the door was falling apart.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel like a family guest, the restuant in the parking lot was wonderful, we could walk for food and drinks from our room. N2m we were able to walk to the ark.

Location. Location. Location. It is just down the road from the Ark experience and was more than suitable for one night?s sleep. The breakfast was limited but adequate for our needs and the front desk was really nice and hard working.

First time in years I actually felt inclined to check for bugs. Run down poorly maintained dirty hotel Would give zero stars if possible

Friendly staff worked with us and help out alot computers were down when we arrived but they made sure we got into our rooms without wait

Extremely outdated. Window coverings are dirty and broken. They need to do Some upkeep. It should not be this expensive to stay there.

It was close to the ark encounter

Black bugs crawling on the floor I wouldn't dare take a shower the tub was gross The bedding smelled and was old Drive the extra miles to a nicer hotel i wished I did!! We did not check out the coffee or breakfast

Location of the Ark...The Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Breakfast was good. The Pool was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The dehumidifier plugged into the the room which we had to dump. Old broken furniture. Bugs on the floor. Not at all as represented in the advertisement. Toilet flush handle broken. Just a bad experience for a supposed to be rated high.

This hotel is in the perfect location to visit the ark encounter . The staff was very we had asked if we could store our luggage, there happened to be a room open, so we were able to check in early and leave our luggage in our room.

Clean and comfortable. Very close to the ARK ENCOUNTER in KY. Has a nice pool.

The quality and age of the hotel were extremely poor! Old carpets, old plumbing, old caulk smeared in bathrooms, old bed that sagged into the middle. Super thin bedding, super thin and old towels. Dreary sagging and tired blinds and curtains. Sad

Room Not clean! Chair was rickety! Spider walked across face during night! pillows terrible. Black mold on shower curtain, crack and consequent opening on door jam non sanitary ice dispenser!

Location and the Mexican restaurant close by

It was very noisy and made it hard to sleep. The water in the shower never got very hot.

being close to site visiting, good breakfast, above average for the price.
