The staff were super friendly every single one of them , the breakfast was amazing and super fresh always , the lobby was super clean, the room was phenomenal, parking was great , location was perfect.

Honestly this is probably one of the very first times I can say there was absolutely no complaints from me or my husband at all the hotel was perfect we will definitely return to this hotel every time we come back to visit our friends here .

Location and amenities

I would like to see a single bed situation for solo travelers. The stairway carpets needed cleaned or replaced.

Location is convenient to the lake;however there too many restaurants other than fast food to choose from in Williamsburg.

The rooms and secured doors to get in.

The pool was the worse. The hotel was awesomely nice except the pool which almost had the color of mud.

The location was great and ease to get to from the interstate. The clean lobby, common area and especially the room was something that I look for in a hotel.

The room had a tile that was a bit higher then the rest and I tripped causing a fall. This was reported to the front desk. There was also the same type of raised tile in the bathroom. I hope thus has been taken care of so there will be no other accident

the rooms were nice and the beds were comfterable. Very clean and smelled great. I will stay here again. Loved the workout room.

The hotel was affordable and in a great location.

The trash was piled up in some cans in hallway.

No Guide available on tv. Called and they explained something about the cable (??) that was the problem. They said to come down to desk to get channel listing. Haven't been to hotel in a long time with no guide on tv. Should have paper guide in rooms.

The bed was not a Hampton bed. The furnishings were in poor shape. Staff Looked and presented unprofessionally. Handicap room on a 3 rd floor if there were an emergency how would I take someone who can’t use stairs out.
