It’s in a nice area and the morning,front desk,breakfast guy was nice and made you feel welcome.

They need more luggage carts

Clean rooms, nice decor.

Breakfast was decent, but the first morning the sausage patties were hard and almost inedible. The eggs weren't real, but that's almost expected. They tasted fine. Didn't see any salt or pepper around to season them though.

Location and reasonable cost

Had minor issues with sink faucet and toilet but both I was able to manage. Breakfast is limited but fine for the cost.

The staff was super nice

Toilet in our room moved when sat on.. tv channels wouldn¿t come in, bed was a little messy when first walked in room..

The location and price of the Springfield Inn was perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and was available 24 hours a day. We did not have time to use the pool or enjoy the breakfast, but we liked that they were available.

I would not say there was anything we didn't like. The only downside some might not care for is the older style television in the room, but for our purposes it worked fine.

No sorry but it was bad

Place is out dated,ceiling tiles wet and nasty breakfast was oat meal cream pies..pies really no way will I stay there again and I have been staying there for many years since it opened me and my big family come for reunion from all over big disappointmen

Did not like

Unkept landscaping all around hotel, big bugs in the rooms, was informed owners will not give money for new linens, pillow cases or bedspreads. Very old big box TV. Carpet in room not cleaned. Very unconcerned owners.

needs updated, had analog tv, pool wasnt inspected, couldnt sit outside, no yogurt/boiled eggs for breakfast.

pet friendly

had to go through a water dripping entrance - the entire entry was leaking from the rain. No towel holders in bathroom, broken off. The television was very outdated - old, poor reception..

The breakfast available was all bread grain products, prepackaged. Looks like items were kept in the freezer when left over.

The staff was excellent and treated us the best and made sure we had what we needed.
