Pros +
- it was clean and the location was good. Overall I felt it was a good value
- The staff was great and it was very clean
- Beds were very comfortable. Great location.
Cons -
- It's not that I didn't "like" this, but i don't understand why this is rated as a "3-star" hotel. It's a well done renovation of a former hotel chain (excellent job!) It met my most important criteria, cleanliness and value.
- No one could get key cards to the rms and the staff had to let u in every time, and the wait was horrible because it was 1 girl having to run everything and take the to their rms
- The breakfast was terrible. It was a bagel bar. It was supposed to have 3 types of bagels but one day they only had one. The breakfast was better during the pandemic when they had breakfast sandwiches that you microwaved. They don?t clean your room daily.
