Hampton Inn Pikeville

We asked if housekeeping could provide clean towels and make up beds while we were away. We then saw staff, from housekeeping, on our floor as we left. She did an EXCELLENT job! The room was PERFECT. Thank you!!!!!

Rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly.

The parking but it wasn't too bad. Theres a lot right beside it.

They did the best they could with the breakfast, I¿m sure, but the omelets were rubbery.

Hotel was very clean, great downtown location, easy check -in. Low score because staff was indifferent about barking dog on my floor.

The hotel coffee was HORRIBLE! it tasted like it was a week old.There was a dog on the floor that barked constantly day and night,and even after complaints to the front desk.The desk even called once,asking if it was mine! Do they not know who has a dog?

The bed was awful it sunk in the middle why laying on it. The sink in the bathroom wouldn¿t drain. There was a humming noise coming from the bathroom.

I have stayed there many times, this time the carpet was dirty. It was always very clean, this time carpets were not!

There was no closet to hang clothes. The bathroom light goes off permanently at a certain time in the night.

The king suite had a tiny tv for the room, which did not swivel to the bed or sitting area easily. In fact, we had to move the dresser in whichever direction we were sitting. Sink had hard water crusted on it.

The Hampton Inn Hotels are consistently good.

The staff accused us of fraud. I had two rooms with my elderly parents that needed assistance. We asked for extra towels and lotion and the staff accused us of having too many people in our rooms. Terrible customer service.

No easy chair in the room as advertised, only a desk chair and straight chair.

Front freak workers were amazing and the lady working the Buffett! The room was not clean as expected ; especially the bathroom.

Bathroom was not as clean as I expected from a Hampton Hotel.

The continental breakfast was wonderful & they have extended hours (till 10:00am!) which was very nice. Even though we checked in late (midnight), the staff was very courteous & friendly. The rooms were very clean. We would definitely stay there again!

This was the second time in less than a year that my family stayed at a Hilton family hotel & both times we were unable to use the free internet. None of our phones,tablets or computer were able to connect but they didn't have any problems elsewhere.
