Location of hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Cons -

Hotel was very dated. The carpet needed to be replaced, the ceiling was stained, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was a bad odor in the hallway. The elevator was not working when we arrived and we had to carry all of our bags up the steps.
Room is in much need of updating - carpet is in very bad condition, curtains ripped, room was very dirty. (Tried several rooms, all were dirty.) Ended up needing to clean the room ourselves and empty full trash can that was left in the room.
Hallways not clean, elevators not functioning, sink drain in bathroom 99 percent clogged;
