- I like the leaving the best I have never ever been so ashamed to be a person since I came to the hotel they should never ever make somebody feel so bad so small and so out of place

Cons -
- IHG reward I would like to get my money back for that cuz I will never stay at another one of these hotels so I don't want that 5-day four nights day for nothing I don't care how good it is it's not worth me coming there without my service dog
- Was told they had a hot tub before I booked it and when I saw they didn?t, we wanted to move hotels but they refused to refund.
- NOISE. 2 nights the staff was moving furniture below us until past 10:00 PM. The next night there was a class reunion in that same room with loud music and people until after their quiet time at 9:00. We won?t be staying there again.
