Comfort Inn Lexington South

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hot breakfast was very good! Thank you so much for your kindness, hospitality, and flexibility. I truly appreciate it and would gladly stay here again!

I am very grateful to the hotel for allowing me to leave my Ford parked on their property temporarily while I traveled to Cincinnati in another vehicle for some personal business before continuing my journey west. I especially appreciate their flexibility

Staff was great. Breakfast was good.

Location. Very hard to find after dark. TV was hard to figure out how to work.

The room was clean and well cared for.

The internet connectivity was not working. I asked the staff and they tried to help but I never did get connected. I ended up having to leave the hotel to get some work related things done at a local coffee shop.

We did not stay at this hotel and we are still waiting for you to notify us about the refund.

They had eight semi trucks with the engines on and the whole bed shook we did not stay at this hotel still waiting for our refund

Quiet, easily accessible, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST

Cosmetic items: 5? hole in closet door, block out curtains had pin holes & several rips, bathroom door wood was peeling away, shower (handicap) handheld shower hose had no way to hang so just hung straight down with a zip strip, shared room handle broken

Our room was fairly clean.

The hotel is under renovation and should not even be open at this time. Halls are torn up. Room numbers are missing. our room had a large dirt spot on curtains, missing paint and peeling wallpaper and what appear to be mold in the shower.

It was not very clean! I had to listen to a slamming door most nights from someone in and out all night. No shampoo which would have been nice to have been told when I checked in. I had to make extra trip to just get shampoo. I paid too much! And

I am originally from Nicholasville and have stayed at this hotel since it was opened. the location is great, and the staff there now seems to care.

hotel was in the middle of renovations. when it's complete it will be much nicer. Rooms had been painted ceiling and walls. bathrooms had not been done. Carpet had not been replaced still the original carpet.

The room was not clean. Wallpaper was coming off wall and showed black mold underneath. The curtains at the window did not close all the way to prevent the extremely bright lights from outside coming in. Curtains were also ripped

The check in was easy with no delays. The room keys did not require us to insert them into the door - only to wave them in front of the door. The breakfast was really great with a lot of choices. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The side road leading to the hotel was a little difficult to see - and especially so after dark.

Location to where we needed to be. The bed and pillows were nice. The room temperature.

The TV. The shower.

Good layout. Decent breakfast. OK location and parking.

WiFi had no Internet connection. 4 other WiFi passwords failed. Mold on chair, bathroom walls, and curtains. Used napkin found in bedding (obviously unwashed). Front desk offered to change 1 bed only. Room smelled musty. A/C made banging noises.

I liked the cleanliness and staff was friendly.

The beds were very small and uncomfortable. The check in process wasn¿t very seamless. I got double charged for the room. The location was a little farther than expected and we struggled finding ride sharing services that went to the location.

The bed bugs that bit me from my shoulder down to my wrist and up my torso was the worst part. The manager never calling me back to settle the problem is still an issue. Or the ants that was on my pizza and my soda. I stayed in room 321, btw.

Breakfast was cancelled due to Covid.

This hotel has all the basic amenities that you need to spend the night.

The bathroom sink drained wate very slowly. No hot breakfast and very limited breakfast offerings. The hotel should just stop offering breakfast all together because it is very misleading. Everything is pre packaged ans not very filling. Disappointing.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The lobby was great to be able to gather with friends.

The shower was also a deep jacuzzi. It was a little bit awkward to get in and out. The water pressure through the shower head was weak.

Location, large room, spacious layout, front desk staff.

Curtains didn't close to block light. COVID breakfast was understandable but skimpy.
