Hampton Inn by Hilton Nicholasville Brannon Crossing

We had a lot of family in town for my moms funeral. We had a pizza party in the lobby and didn?t mind at all. They were super nice. It was right next to the funeral home.

The room was so clean and comfortable. Enjoyed being able to access my Netflix account, and the size of the TV.

The staff was excellent. King studio room large; worth the upgrade from two queens. Breakfast area bright, clean, food good, again staff in this area exceptional. Gym well equipped and clean.

No privacy at pool by parking lot 4ft tall open fencing. Bordering parking lot were two rusty shipping containers with CHINA SHIPPING on side dominating view from pool and half of rooms. No sound proofing could hear baby next door guest walking rm above.

Everything is so new! The breakfast in the morning is excellent.

My shower shampoo bottle was empty! Check it before you shower.

Well when we arrived we were expected to pay AGAIN. I have two transactions now when I was told one would disappear. Both payments definitely came out of my account. I booked two queen beds and when we arrived at the room it was one king bed for a family of 4. They didn’t correct the room either. We had a total of 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Had to get more. The shampoo was completely out. They had tiny black and red bugs crawling in the bathroom.

Great customer service. Wonderful facility with an outstanding breakfast. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Exceptional

Being charged by booking and the hotel and having to wait on my bank statement to prove it

Comfortable, close to event I was in town for, and close to shopping and food options

Staff was very friendly. Coffee offered serve yourself. Clean, Hot water and good water pressure.

Bath mat would have been nice

Room was quite and we could easily regulate the room temperature. Breakfast provided was excellent. Dining area was excellent. Coffee available all day with Cookies every afternoon. Two elevators so wait-time to reach your floor was minimal. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room bathroom could use an update. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The drain in the tub was nearly clogged and I had to turn off the water in the walk-in shower during the shower so it would not overflow the lip. The faucet in the bathroom sink was place to far back and the spigot was too short so you couldn't get your hands under the water, and the water hardly came out of the faucet. For us, the bed was not very comfortable.

The location, the comfort of the beds, and cleanliness were extremely important and great of course... but the employees were AMAZING!!! The front desk employees, the breakfast crew, and even housekeeping employees were extremely sweet and accommodating. Literally, they made me and my significant other feel welcomed ☺️ (Shout out to Jason and Cody)

Only thing I could say I didn't like was the pool closing at 10 but this is almost universal at most hotels so...
