Capital O 3Y Motel Mount Vernon Renfro Valley

OYO was sold 3 weeks before my booking and they would not honor the reservation.

The room was dirty everything was broken they charged me for two days when I only booked for a night they charged me for an extra person when i had already booked the room for two people I was threatened didn't feel safe and I was denied my refund

Attentive staff noticed my cane and put me in a first floor accessible roo. Without my having to ask! Clean, well laid out room, parking able to handle my truck and trailer. Huge bathroom. I e found my new stop!will seek out this brand when traveling!

Steep driveway with a trailer, but ample parking.

Staff was nice

Absolutely filthy rooms look like they have not been cleaned ages, burn holes and pillowcases. Previous persons hair still in the bathtub.

The only good thing is that it was close to the highway. I did not stay here. It was filthy

Everything. It was dirty. The smell was awful

They charged me $11 more when I arrived stating that priced their room cheaper than their lowest price someone should be responsible

The room was nice for the price.

I was double charged for a cancelation fee and I didn't cancel!

The only good things about this hotel is the location and friendly staff.

There was mold above the shower and on the shower curtain. I didn't feel safe using it. The lobby of the hotel is a crazy show. The lobby is dark, dengy, and looks like a laundromat. I was greeted by an employee in his pajamas. Not a place I would visit.

Inexpensive. Fast and efficient check in. Quiet but run down area. Mattress and pillow comfort were fine for a 1 star hotel, though this hotel was optimistically rated higher than that. OK for an economical stay if your expectations aren't high.

Toilet barely flushed.

From the outside motel looks terrible, almost drove on by.But checked in reluctantly, due to being so tired Went in room and was surprised it was nice.Recent upgrade I'm sure but very surprised .

It's a very nice, clean hotel and beautiful set up/decorated.

The only thing I didn't like about it was that you could hear the people in the rooms around you. Needs to be a little more sound proof and doors need weather strips on bottom to help keep our extra lights, bugs and weather conditions.

The best thing about this motel was where it was located. It was quiet it was away from the busy road and there was a convenient store right across the street.

This was the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed in in my entire life and that is the total truth. Dead bugs on the floor, toilet seat was supposed to be white it was beige hasn¿t been changed out in years. Horrible horrible cleanliness.

Price

I was bitten by bedbugs and woke up to them crawling away. When I went to the office to complain they refused to look at the photos I took and refused to refund my money! ILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

The location mostly. Was supposed to be non smoking room but smelled like bad cigarettes and the air conditioning was in bad need of cleaning and repair. But overall it was clean except the bed sheets all stained and cigarette burns all over the room.

See above notes. Motel definitely needs improvements made. First time I stayed there a week ago there was 3 guys working on cars in the parking lot in front of my room. Just crazy lol. Could have opened up a body shop there the owner didn't care I guess.

Nothing really.

The parking lot up to our room smelled like weed. The room and bed were sub-par and we were just looking for somewhere to crash through the night, which was made impossible by the guest's lighting fireworks just outside. Left and went to another hotel.

The only redeeming quality of this property is the fact that the water pressure was great.

This was the dirtiest motel we have ever stayed in. There were bugs on the carpeting, a dead roach next to the toilet. The fitted sheet had nasty yellow stains on it as did all of the towels. This room looked nothing like the pictures online. Disgusting.

The couple running the motel are very nice and the room clean and comfortable.

The exterior appearance is a little rough.

Not much. I reserved 2 King sized beds with smoking and did not get what I reserved when I arrived. The couple I was with needed the King bed with smoking, but I got the King bed non-smoking and they ended up with two beds-smoking. Very disappointed.

I will not be returning to this motel whenever I have tickets for Renfro Valley.

Location was close to my job
