- poorly maintained mold in bathroom poor hot water supply room not cleaned while i was there
- The room was filthy and stank. There were cigarette burns in the blankets. We were so disappointed that we couldn't stay and drove home.
- Everything, and they never answer the phone when you try to call them!!!
