- The hotel was very clean, all of the staff I spoke to were pleasant and helpful.

- At check in, the 2 people at the desk were rude, aggravated that I wanted to double check my payment status. They also talked badly about a coworker who allegedly allowed someone to pay cash for a room without a credit card on file. Distracted & rude.
