Moxy Louisville Downtown

The location is unbeatable. Great downtown, bar, DJ, vibe. If you need bigger rooms and amenities then book elsewhere-

The staff! They were so accommodating.

I had a few issues with payment (which the staff member who checked me in was wonderful in helping with). The staff member who checked me out left me disappointed. I even skipped the breakfast tacos I was going to order because her energy was so low.

Atmosphere of bar/Zombie Taco and employees downstairs

Room is cleaned every 3rd day, so you dial 0 for anything needed but no answer, one towel and washcloth and a small trash bin, no bags. Maid knocked then opened the door without waiting for answer 3 hours before checkout.

The hotel was really cool and the taco restaurant was great!

The rooms were small so not really for a family but for a single person or couple it would be good. There was a lot of street noise.

Hotel is in a great location juts behind main street and quick and easy walk to the distilleries and eateries you maybe interested in.

This hotel has no designated parking and or drop off area. The drop off area, quickly can be solved by throwing on the flashers and quickly checking in/unloading. The parking needs work, expensive and a little stressful if any event at Yum is occuring.

Sink counter too small with no storage, have to go to lobby for coffee instead of in room, space around beds too small with 3 or more people in room.

The entire staff from checkin to check out were very pleasant, helpful, etc. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER.

No..location was great to nice restaurants, river, downtown district. Great view of the skyline from our hotel room.

The hotel staff is very friendly and personable. Very fun hotel, has games to play when you come back from being out. Friday night had a live DJ playing music.

The rooms are relatively small. The bed size felt like a full size bed vs a queen.

The proximity to downtown was nice.

We had to find our own parking, everything about the room was small, including the bed, sink, changing area, and room in general. The bar was way overcrowded and took forever to get a drink.

Yes they took our money then said couldn’t have the room because they didn’t take prepaid debit cards.. then refused to give my money back.

It is close to Whiskey Row and the Yum Center.

I wish they would have a bigger bed. I’m pretty sure it was a full size bed.

Bed was very comfortable! Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The fact that there is tacos right downstairs is a huge plus too!

No private bathroom. But was still very nice room.
