AC Hotel Louisville Downtown

the room was really nice my only complaint is the shower wasnt built for bigger people

This is a great modern hotel in a cool newly "hip" area near downtown Louisville. Great front desk staff... Smooth stay from start to finish. Nice coffeehouse and several bars are a few buildings away.

Traveling to a family emergency put me in this hotel for one night. The staff was beyond accommodating and helpful.

Location and room quality.

Lots of trash piled up by ice machine. Clearly some romo just dumped all their trash there, but it was there both the night we arrived back to our room around 9:30 and then again in the morning when we checked out around 10am.

Rooms were nice, clean, shower was great, had a nice little refrigerator.

Little to no closet space, one elevator wasn't working and parking isn't free, you are charged after your stay.

Location

The television was stuck on the AC hotel reel and I went down and spoke with desk clerk and they said they¿d send someone up. No one ever came. There was also someone else¿s hair in the shower.

Location was great, had an excellent Cuban restaurant next door, very clean and secure.

No microwave in the room, coffee maker very slow, they charged $2.00 for coffee downstairs and it was $16.00 for breakfast which was basically continental breakfast. And you couldn¿t get either until 6:30am.

The location is great - right next to lots of restaurants and shops. Very clean

Very dirty! Hallways are a mess! No sanitizer in any of the dispensers and carpet in hallway is pulling up! Rate for room was not what I paid and the room was not what I received and the front desk said there was nothing they could do about it.

Location was fantastic. The hotel was clean, modern, and easy in/out from the garage.

The street noise can be a little loud. Didn¿t bother me but I know people that would have issues with it

The Hotel is very convenient. Parking is simple, location is in a fun up and coming area of Louisville, and is also near Lynn Family Stadium- which was our final destination.

Did not feel like I would want to stay here again. Nice and all but atmosphere is cold and not inviting. Kind of like North Korea where they pretend but you notice and feel it all different then they put on. Location sucks also

The location is central to many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and distilleries. The hotel is new and very clean!

Very clean, smelled good. No carpet in rooms.

Exceptional cleanliness, hospitality, location, groovy 1970s-wood-paneling-meets-mid-century-modern aesthetic.

The terrible apples in the brown bag breakfast. Just give me some wet wood pulp next time.

To close to the crazy's for me, boarded up buildings and grafetti all to close.

The staff is wonderful I will definitely go back and stay here. I like that you cannot access a floor unless you have a key. Also like that they have food within the hotel and around and offer options.

Just some of the guest were loud and abrupt.
