No coffee or microwave in room Pillows were too soft for me I froze , just a sheet, no blanket Don?t even plan to eat breakfast here !! They have many items for a quick breakfast but pancakes are awful ( tough) bacon , forks and knives won?t cut food

The staff was excellent. The lady at check in was so friendly and helpful. My mom left personal items in the room and the first shift woman was very helpful and went and retrieved the items and held them until we were able to return for them.
