Friendly helpful staff

The hotel option I was given was 30 minutes away from the hotel area I selected. The process made it sound like it would be very close. It wasted much time and limited my activities.

Front desk staff very nice. Air conditioning worked very well.

Cheaply remodeled. Beds squeak.

Bathroom door handle in room 222 needs to replaced. I had to work to get out of the bathroom a couple times because the handle got stuck.

Hotel in general was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good, can't complain about waffles with add ons like mango, blueberries and choc chips.

The shower water flow was horrible. Water must be a major cost, but had to stay longer than with a normal flow. The hotel outdoor appearance, lobby and halls were very nice. The rooms can use some help. Maybe that is part of the master plan.

The beds were uncomfortable. Didn't sleep well.

Floors were laminate; so when no one came to clean for 12-days I could clean them myself easily.

No cleaning! 2x in 12-days we got clean towels. Complained & was told we must request cleaning. We did. No one cleaned at all!

Nice quiet room, safe area, FREE parking, breakfast, location and WARM CLEAN POOL! Staff attentive and pleasant.

The TV had no HDMI plug. My son brought his Xbox and couldn¿t use it. We went to a nearby Walmart and paid $25 for an adapter, which didn¿t work either. So no 21st century TV.

The wheelchair accessible room we had was great. Roll in shower and under sink. It was also accessible from the outside which I liked being able to park right by the room.

There were a few things outdated and the breakfast was not much. The only other frustration was they have coin laundry but do not have a change machine or have any change at the front desk. Not a huge deal but having to run out for change was annoying.

Staff at check in was rude and unprofessional. Took them 16 mins to check us in.

Very easy to check in. lots of parking spaces, friendly staff. Room was very large and bed comfortable. Desk chair was comfortable and it is the only chair in the room.

My room was on third floor. Only problem was the shower water pressure was not very high.

Reconstruction underway in atrium, limited breakfast with no chairs or tables in breakfast area, asked for room service (clean and make bed) each of 4 days stay but received service only once.

Renovations in main lobby which we were not notified of prior to arrival. Due to renovations free breakfast was not available other than a few grab and go items. Ended up eating breakfast out, an expense we did not plan on. Checked out a day early.

What I liked best about the hotel was the mini refrigerator, it was exceptionally cold and decent size for our food selection.

I did not like that the only ice machine that worked was on the third floor and the stains I found on the chair and mattress.

Location was great. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

Upon arriving, the bathroom tub had a hair on the ledge. Also, the hot water for the tub was almost non existent. The sink had hot water, but the shower was pretty darn cold. Also, the room was half empty. Not much furniture.

Only the lady in the front desk when we arrived was kind. Nobady responded the regards, even the goodmorning.

Very noisy, their hot breakfast was not good at all, only 3 choices, toast, waffles, yogurt.

The ability to check in before 3 pm. was the critical issue. We appreciated the ability to rest after a 13 hour drive. Having a refrigerator and the price was wonderful.

The tub was dirty and the drapes were filthy. I requested extra wash cloths from one of the housekeepers but never received them. No microwave.

The size of the room was spectacular.

I did not appreciate coming back into my room after a joyous celebration to be greeted by a Roach on the wall and a smaller one that scurried under the bed.
