The bed and the pillows. Bed was not comfortable and the pillows just go flat on you when you put your head on them. Need multiple ones if going to keep that kind.

Cleanlyness

No hot water in our room. I mentioned to the clerk but she offered no explanation or price reduction.

Staff was great! Liked the flowers the hotel was beautiful!

No free breakfast or coffee

They charge $5.00 to park in the parking lot. What kind of hotel doesn't offer water in the gym? The "Starbucks" coffee is NOT Starbucks.

This is a great hotel. I have booked here several times and always a quality experience.

The seemingly thousands of children running around during dinner. There a baseball group there. Not the hotel's problem, just crazy kids and bad parenting.

No hot water in the shower in the morning. Ruined my day

The staff was very friendly, room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Our room was next to the elevator shaft & we thought we'd hear it all night, but the room was very quiet. The sound machine was an added bonus. We'll stay here from now on!

The entry way,lobby, and restaurant are very clean and easily accessible.

The room was so very gross. The floor was very dirty, especially around the base of the bed with us seeing finger nails and other gross dirt. There was a recent stain on the wall that was nasty looking. Very disappointed.

I like that Jacob the receptionist was very friendly and took extra time with us to get in into adjoining rooms. He explained all the services available to us. This motel was beyond our expectations. We will be visiting a Marriott again. Thank you so

Easy to get to from the Highway and the breakfast offerings were tasty.

It is very loud. We could hear people talking I. The hallways and doors opening and closing clearly. That is not what we are used to from a Marriott. We would not stay there again. We walked into the place and there was so much noise they upgraded us.

Fantastic front desk host. The best beds in the world. Great pool. Wonderful bathrooms.

Everything was nice staff was nice rooms clean everything was nice.

Everything was wonderful if I have to find something to list as areas to improve: I wish there were microwaves in the rooms, having showers without tubs isn¿t family friendly and elevators took a while to get to floors when the hotel was sold out.

We bought a package to sleep 3 & called 1 week early to book 2 queen beds. We got 1 king. We needed a roll-away bed. But was not comfortable. It was during a volleyball ¿¿ tournament time. So they got the 2xqueen beds for cost savings. Hotel was overbook
