The room was not cool & had difficulty sleeping. The doors moved - i placed a table in front of it to keep it from moving back & forth. The towels were rough & very thin - stained.

The staff was very friendly. They allowed us to check in a couple of hours early because we had a volleyball tournament to get to, and they also offered to help us with all of our suitcases/bags.

The staff is very kind and helpful! Our rooms were very nice and we loved the shower and water pressure! They had delicious breakfast snacks and coffee!

For a short stay in Louisville, we needed just a place to sleep for 2 nights. We were a bit wary at first, the room was as expected for the star level, but the cleanliness is unsurpassed!!!

Breakfast options were meager.

No drinking water (bottles), no tissue, no hair conditioner, no bed lamps, no big mirror for dressing

This hotel and rooms are gorgeous! Clean, fresh, and thank you for the great price! The staff were awesome!

There is no elevator.

I was upgraded to a king room

Little to no marking on the building. Sign for hotel was not lit. When we called for assistance in locating hotel we were told it was an answering service and could not provide help in locating facility. Worst experience ever! Parking lot had loiterers.

They violated my hippa /ada rights by asking for medical documents for my service dog, very rude they put us in the basement which is very dark and damp. Ac wouldn’t stay on. Subpar lighting and everything was unplugged- had to move micro to use it.

Hallway was dirty from construction. Staff was not friendly.

They did offer us water bottles.

Staff was very rude. Starting with leaving a message on our phone that if we didn't call back, they would cancel our room. It got ruder when we arrived.

Everything was good. Overpriced for the weekend but you'll have that when there is a large festival in town

We stayed on the first floor that I had requested.Only downfall was the room above us woke us up about 11 pm and kept up their noisy walking and banging until 4am.Breakfast was none existent, coffee offered tasted burnt

I wanted to stay here a second time before leaving a review so I could give a fair and honest opinion. If you’re just passing through for a quick stay, it may be fine. However, there are a few things to keep in mind.The beds are pretty uncomfortable and quite noisy, so don’t expect the best night’s sleep. The bath towels and washcloths are also rough you may want to bring your own for added comfort. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.The rooms feel a bit dated, and the AC unit seems to work on its own schedule. It’s manageable for a short stay, but not ideal for anything longer. The deposit is reasonable, which is a plus. Also, the lobby tends to stay very warm throughout the day.Overall, it’s okay for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for extended visits if comfort is important to you.
