Clean room and common areas, overall quiet, spacious room and a nice breakfast included!

Elevators seemed to be slow for the number of floors they serviced (4 floors). Water in the lobby area would have been nice to offer.

Well , thanks to our smart phones we circled the area making a stop at a grocery store , a Chinese restaurant , TJ Maxx and enjoyed that experience as well as the nice room and the ice cream we bought I ate as a pre-breakfast .

Heater did not work and weather was freezing. With 2 kids, all night we could not sleep. There were no other room available, called the lobby they came but could not solve the issue

Breakfast was really good. We travel a lot and some places don¿t actually have much for breakfast, or it¿s gone and they don¿t restock. They had multiple hot items to choose from, well stocked. It was great!

We spent five days in this hotel. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. Breakfast was great each day and the light supper was an added bonus we didn't expect. The staff was superior nice and very helpful.

We were upgraded from our originally reserved room and that was a pleasant surprise - it was beautiful, comfortable, and more than we expected!

It would be nice if hotels gave a mid option between sheet and comforter. The sheet was too little and the comforter was too hot. Sleeping temp was difficult to regulate.

Outdoor pool was closed. Having an indoor pool for kids would have been best.

The rooms were very clean and nice. This is important when traveling during a pandemic.

The breakfast was not up to Hilton standards. We stayed in a Hampton Inn, in IA, that worked out how to serve breakfast.

Newly remodeled, clean and the rooms are very spacious.

The staff was exceptional, ! We actually checked out ready to fly out. The airlines oversold our flight so we decided to recheck back in and loved it even more! Thanks everyone! We will be back next year!

Very nice, clean and roomy hotel located in a nice area. Had an awesome hot breakfast with everything you could ask for.

As a smoker, I am outside a lot. Would have been nice to have some benches/chairs outside. I did not dislike that there were none...just would have been nice if there were. I know no one cares about smokers wants...just my thoughts!

Hotel rooms are spacious and kept clean. Service at the front desk was cordial and friendly.

There was one thing that came up after my trip which irked me. After coming home from the trip, I noticed that there was an inexplicable surcharge on my account the day I arrived at the hotel. I did not appreciate the lack of transparency from the hotel.
