The breakfast was amazing and the staff was so kind.

It needs upgrades. Our bathroom wasn’t clean in the corners & the door had bubbles on it from moisture. There was also ceiling tile missing in the hallway & there was visible mold all around it while I was walking down the hallway.

I liked the room set up, plus it was very spacious. The front desk personnel was extremely helpful. Breakfast area was comfortable and inviting. The food, well prepared and delicious.

AC unit was broken. It had no knobs and was turned up to high. Therefore, I could not change the cold temperature. By the time I discovered this, it was very late, and I did not feel like contacting the front desk. So, it was a very chilly evening.

Staff was friendly and the location was good.

The room we were in had a large gap in the door that allowed the hall light to shine in. The bathroom fixtures (shower/tub)were broken.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. The location was conveniently located. Plenty of parking and I felt safe in the area.

Easy off the highway and nearby several restaurants. Quiet area.

Our room seemed to be in the middle of some refurbishing so I thought it was odd that they were having people stay in it. The breakfast was good but nobody seemed to be checking on refilling items and all of the coffee was gone for quite awhile.

Everything (Staff, Location, Cleanliness) was great; except the shower.

There was very little water pressure in the shower; making it difficult to rinse shampoo out of hair.

It is a Hilton Hotel and Hilton does not disappoint. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at a Hampton Inn and it is so comfy and then the free breakfast--the kitchen area was very clean and organized, love it that even though I was late, hot and fresh food

I had put my trash can outside, the trash bag was taken but no liner was given. Used the fitness room and was not sure if the wipes were disinfectant wipes..the sunday breakfast attendant made a remark about my shoes.. MK sandals..I did not appreciate it

I'have stayed at this hotel over the course of many years and have had no issues. My stay was 4 days and during that time my bathroom was never cleaned other than to empty wastebasket and clean towels. Bathtub, sink and floor were never touched.

Nice room, good value, large breakfast selection.

When we arrived we were given a room that was already occupied by someone else. That was disconcerting.

The staff stole the show. Location is great. It is quiet and comfortable. The front desk and manager were both very helpful and welcoming. We will stay here again.

Had a good location to where our destination was.

Pool was closed and wasnt told until after check in.We were there for a kids basketball tournament,had i know i wouldve went elswhere.Water was either scolding hot or freezing in the moring for shower's.

Very nice soft bed and the breakfast was good.
