Treatment by The hotel staff, smell, safety, room quality, cleanliness, mattress, bathroom, wait times at check in and out. The entire stay was probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life.

They didn’t mind to open the pool early the morning we were going to check out , we decided to stay another day after that anyways but it was so nice of them to be willing ! (:

The pool was pretty dirty with hair in it and clear grime, but I guess they all are at some point !

The convienence of the location, nice area.

Not clean- nasty stains on the mattress (looked like blood stains), lamp shades, and furniture. Needs to be updated. Coffee pot dirty. Hair in the tub. Smelled bad. Ripped lamp shades. Possibly bodily fluid stain on another lamp. Staff was unapologetic.

Bed mattress is worn out and sags . Need to replace mattresses

Easy to find.

The bed was so hard and squeaked every time you moved. The couch had a dip in the seats from being worn out. The room was not comfortable and not inviting.

Absolutely nothing

I called to assure that my rooms would be adjoining as I was traveling with adults with special needs. Before the lady could answer my question, she started telling me I needed to bring $200 cash to check in. Very shady....

Location was good

Several families in our group had a room here and needed to use the pull out couch to sleep on, we asked for an extra blanket and they told all of us that they didn't have any. That was very frustrating.

The hotel did not match the photos at all. The room was very old/worn and did not seem very clean. I actually ended up leaving and staying in another hotel.

I enjoyed the pool but wish it was warmer also they're Continental breakfast could be better

Bed bugs in our first room. Changed rooms & the microwave & heater didn't work.

TV REMOTE DIDN'T WORK! THE SHOWER SPOUT IS BROKEN. THE DRAIN PLUG KEPT CLOSING AND THE TUB KEPT FILLING UP.

The rooms felt clean and the hotel felt safe

The lady who checked me in literally stood there for 6 minutes before she even came up to me to try to book me in.She was not doing anything.She wasn't busy she just stood there

Great staff, coffee & breakfast, large rooms, coffee, micro & fridge in room

The bathroom in our room was dirty. Someone had washed up and splashed onto the walls and behind the sink.

I have a handicap placard and still had to pay 25.00 for parking I was a bit disappointed.

The employees are rude especially the owner and the keys had to be reprogrammed every time you walked out of the room

Hotel requested 100 (cash) deposit. Morning Clerk told me, Hotel shouldn't done taht. It was required for people that did NOT have prior reservation. Morning Clerk NICE, Night Clerk NOT NICE.

Location , beds comfortable,staff friendly, room was clean. I would stay ag�in.

My friend is a smoker and she went out to smoke rather late and there several people outside with a cooler of beer in smoking area who appeared to be having a party.

The ac worker wonderful. The customer service was amazing

The covers for the bed were a bit itchy. Maybe to much bleach or starch
