The location

Breakfast, no ice in the ice machine

It was available.

The staff intruding in the room and the overcharged for miscellaneous things with no proof

It was centrally located for all the things that I wanted to do.

The breakfast could be better and offer paper bowls instead of styrofoam as it's not good to put styrofoam in the microwave.

The location was perfect

The night staff at check in was extremely rude and did not explain the charges that were placed on my card. I was also not told that I would be charged for parking.

Bed and pillows and curtains were great.

It seemed a little expensive.

Very unsafe aria , homeless people walking on parking lot nonstop, not safe to leave cars by the hotel,

Charged me for a full night's stay out of my security deposit due to a friend stopping by the room with his chihuahua that he kept in his arms but manager noticed him exiting room

If you have no standards of cleanliness or customer service, the hotel is close to the convention center

The entire experience was horrible. From the disgusting floor to the call from the front desk to move my vehicle so they could pave the parking lot (3 separate times!) to the horrible breakfast....

Older furnishings that need upgrading. Mediocre mattress. Bathroom had dead ants all over the floor and in the tub. I'm guessing they had sprayed recently and brought them out.

They stole my money off my card my trip was paid in full already with deposit the manager was rude nasty and aggressive I felt like he was going to try to put his hands on me in a violent way because I asked for linen and toiletries and about my cash stol

A room for my fiance to recover from major surgery

Staff threatening to remove me from property because I locked my ID in room and to NOT give back deposit, when fiancee went back to hospital the first night we had booked I'm still waiting on 100$ deposit!

Location made walking easier.

Outdated, not maintained, cleanliness issues, lack of routine room service over a 5 day stay. Do NOT recommend.

The location was close to the venue.

Bums outside, the toilet seat was loose, loud music in the parking lot. Someone put orange paste on my white car. The place and area slum and nasty. I drove from Nashville Tennessee and i ask the booking agent if this was a nice hotel, and said yes.

I liked the location.

I did not like that I was I charged multiple times for the room and then when I contacted the hotel they were not helpful.

I like the location and convenience.

Did not like the quality of customer service. I feel like staff was mean and uninviting.

Big disappointment & very sketch; the room was disgustingly bathed in an overwhelming odor that was headache-inducing. The lobby reeked of weed covered by air freshener. Hotel was so bad that I opted not to stay overnight and left, despite no refunds.

The proximity to the Yum Center was the only good thing about this place.

Staff @ checkin was rude. All expenses were not detailed online. (Was charged a parking fee & $100 security deposit at checkin after being told i was paid in full online.) hotel was nasty overall.

The room was clean, and the location was perfect for the conference that I attended.

The location was a bit noisy as there was lots of street noise and right under the flight path as planes approached the airport. The card that unlocked my room lost its information 4 times in the 4 days I was there and that become very frustrating.

Nothing! Where do I start? Floors disgusting, bathroom unacceptable! I bring cleaning products with me and I doused the entire bathroom. Toilet had urine and pubic hairs on the seat and the shower was covered in hair as well. Never again EconoLodge!

Nothing other than the location! Just gross!
