Smoky odor in the room, not enough pillows, no full length mirror in the room or bathroom, very simple room, but clean room and bathtub.

Door lock busted. Dirty towel on floor in bathroom. No fridge. No microwave. No ice machine. Cheap cheap table and chairs.

Room was on the first floor

The space between the door and the outside was large enough that the occasional bug would come in( roach). The"hotel" is also a long term option and people were incredibly disrespectful at night.

The best thing about this hotel was leaving.

ROACHES and rude customer service from the lady that answers the phone during the day.

Leaving i was scared for my life

This room is completely deplorable and unacceptable. After waiting for 20 minutes for the room to be clean, we walk in the room was completely dirty. There was trash all over the floor. Eyelash is stuck to the carpet. The tub is completely filthy

There were roaches, a weird smell in the room, bedsheet was dirty when we left the room like some one came and smoke in our room

I did not like the roach in the room that I had to kill I did not like the bathroom floor leaking I did not like I had no shower curtain I did not like I didn't have enough towels nor could I get any for the rest of my stay terrible experience

I ask for towels and they told me to wash my own that¿s very disappointing I didn¿t have towels after my first day ,they didn¿t clean my room not even once

The hotel had no clean rooms at 3pm check in. Came back after event at 11pm still no clean rooms. Was given GMs room which was disgusting. I have pictures.

This hotel is dilapidated, rooms are in disrepair, the smell of smoke is overwhelming, there are cockroaches, the shower curtain had mold, the air conditioner was broken, there were stickers on the windows, and I felt unsafe. Worst hotel I¿ve ever seen.

No USB connections, no garbage can, no soap, bugs in room, room smelled like cigarettes. Dirty floors. This was the best price for Derby weekend, needs to be updated and cleaned better.

Worst room I ever had first and foremost IT HAD ROACHES! Also tv did not work I told the staff and they did nothing I DEMAND A REFUND PLEASE this is unacceptable!

Nothing, did not give back deposit, Human trafficking and people selling drugs, doing drugs. Dog poop every where, dogs in hootel,, even tho no pets allowed! People spitting over the balcony as children and I walk by.
