The staff especially the day time female desk check in lady very professional and knowledgeable, 5star to her accommodated me with room up grade

Need to remind people that comes with pets ,they were moving around the food and bar area too much.

In a nice area, clean rooms.

All the loud noise of cars racing up and down the streets, having to pay for parking, no free breakfast, front desk could of explained where the room was, how the door card needed to be scanned to use the elevators. Not everyone travels alot.

The bed and pillows were so soft.

We were charged an extra$30.00 hotel tax that we did not know about when we prepaid months ago.

The hotel is very trendy - lots of places to hang out in lobby area and the location is great.

The parking fees. I think if you are staying at hotel there should be a discount.

no microwave, no suites, not much amenities, no pool, no free breakfast. Room was very small, Decor was gross. Staff was rude.

I paid for a room on the upper floor and I was placed on second floor. Room wasn¿t ready until 7pm at night

The staff was great! I drank several cups of complementary coffee, and the young lady at the reception desk wasn’t the least bit put off by it!

nothing comes to mind other than they could have offered a light continental breakfast- like donuts. but i loved every minute of my stay

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the European style of the hotel was amazing.

The room temperature was a little warm. Even though the thermostat was set on 65, it felt like it was 75 in the room at night. Therefore, this was the only negative of the entire stay.

no chairs to sit on other than a desk chair. Carpet in room was damp. Ice machine was in basement and very inconvenient. Light switches very confusing as to what they controlled.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lobby bar area was very inviting and cozy.

Hotel was in a great location. It was perfect for what we were looking for.

We stayed 3 nights, our room was never serviced. When we asked about having it done, we were told that there was no housekeeping staff on at that time. We were given breakfast vouchers for the trouble but never told that breakfast ended at 10am.

The location was great, the staff very attentive and personable, and the design of the hotel what you would expect from an Aloft

Very pet friendly, which we appreciated since we were traveling with our dog. Hotel is located within walking distance of all downtown attractions. Hotel staff was very friendly and made sure you had everything you needed to enjoy your stay.
