Staff was polite when greeting you

No safe, no place to put your clothes, no instructions on how to operate the TV. No channel guide. Large grab between the door and floor. We had to use towel to cover. Limited items for continental breakfast. Floor needed mop. Nats were around toliet

Room was clean

I reserved a king suite and got a double queen instead and they wouldn't change it. Also, the icemaker didn't wirk.

The shower and room were huge.

Still not received the 50 dollar deposit required. The hotel was left clean besides the trash cans and dirty towels that I left in the pile in the bathroom. Did not smoke in room. But still no deposit back

The towels were so dingy they looked gray sheets dingy with little tars I don't know if that's what 2 star supposed to be . And my key card didn't work once I got to my room I had to go back down to get another key I was very tired essential feeling it

wassn hotel was awful experience. Our room was so hot it never cooled off the air was off in the halls. I called front desk they offered us a fan. They also put a 50 dolllar deposit hold on my card which they deducted from my account still haven't return

Location

The breakfast was minimal. The first day there was no breakfast or coffe and no attendant at the desk. The second day there was just a few items and the coffee was weak and cold.

Hotel announced an indoor pool but it is closed and used as a storage room. The room are hot.A/c does not work well.

Was Near to the place I was visiting

Yes, there is a whole lot. This is not what I paid for. Once I checked in took all my stuff to the room. Surprise..!! The toilet seat was not clean. Trash was full.. It was almost 20F outside. Heat was not working properly. Comforter was thin as tableclth

The staff was nice, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. That's all I really ask for on an over night trip. The neighborhood was a little sketchy looking, but we had no problems.

Privavy and accessibility

Security deposit retained due to guests in room. Morning Hotel staff counted them as persons staying with me in room.

Price and location. Staff was very friendly.

One of the room had a strong bad odor.

I would not ever have chosen a hotel in the neighborhood where it is located. All of the 3 and 4 star properties were unavailable for the weekend of the U2 show.

They did not have any air conditioning running on the second floor hallway, and our room AC unit wasn't turned on when we checked in. Our room was stifling hot. Even by the next morning it wasn't very cool. TERRIBLE.

It wasn't the cleanest, the sheets were stained, and we ended up in a smoking room, when we asked for a non-smoking room. Overall didn't have any huge problems.

The price and the location.

The front lobby and the elevator had the unmistakable extreme mustiness of a place which has not shampooed or replaced carpets in way too long. This must be changed. It makes the hotel feel like a dump. The artwork on the walls is the lowest quality.

Booked online Queen non-smoking room got there they did not have a non-smoking room available

The hotel smells like mildew, even the lobby. The room had a dirty rag that was left on the dresser. The smoke detector had a plastic bag covering it. A loose wire was hanging from the AC unit & the sheets had cigarette burns. Total dump!

close to restaurants

several things in the room were broken and had been broken for a while. Not a very kept up property.

We have stayed at this motel numerous times when it was Best Western. We have yet to be disappointed especially with the staff.

The name always kept me away, because I thought it was nothing but a cheap place that I wouldn't feel comfortable in. I was wrong. The décor was beautiful, the place was clean and roomy and I enjoyed my stay.

The staff that was there during breakfast was a little put-offish. I'd like to say don't believe the hype, we are all people, no matter our race! But, there was a lady there, who was more comfortable and redeemed the situation by being funny and kind.
